Swedish/Relaxation Massage: This is a smooth, flowing classic massage that is ideal for overall relaxation, relief of muscular tension, enhanced circulation and improved range of motion.

Deep Tissue Massage: This is a more intense massage and incorporates very firm pressure that targets specific points in the body. It is ideal to alleviate chronic pain, fluid build-up and tension and fatigue from muscle overload.

Prenatal Massage: Just for moms-to-be, this massage pays special attention to the need of a pregnant woman beginning her third trimester. It addresses the aches and pains associated with pregnancy and also provides much needed TLC to ease the stress along with the many physiological changes of the expecting mother. Hormones are balanced, circulation is improved and the mood is lightened.

Hot Stone Therapy: This massage incorporates heated natural lava rocks. These soothing hot stones are placed in specific areas of the body where the penetrating heat releases stress and tension in the muscles, and brings a healthy blood flow to areas of pain and tension, leaving a glowing relaxing effect like no other type of massage experience. (90 minutes minimum).

Usi Reiki Therapy: Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Raindrop Therapy: This 90 minute treamtment combines the science of aromatherapy with the techniques of Vita Flex, and various massage strokes. The application of 9 or more essential oils are applied to the bottom of the feet and spinal column to bring structural and electrical alignment.
